Faisal’s journey began not in a corporate office, but on the workshop floor. Surrounded by machines, iron sheets, sparks, and noise — he learned the industry from the ground up.
From a young age, he believed that skill is more powerful than background. Many students and workers who had no formal education came to him. Some did not know how to read or write properly. Instead of ignoring them, he trained them in CNC work, guided them, and helped them build careers.
Today, many of those individuals work in different countries including Saudi Arabia and other regions, earning respectable incomes and supporting their families.
But the journey was not easy.
While working in the market, Faisal saw dishonest practices. Customers would be promised 45kg iron sheets, but lighter gauges would be used instead. Since sheets are cut after fabrication, customers would never realize the difference. One order could mean hundreds of kilograms difference.
This did not sit right with him.
"If I ever build my own company, transparency will not be optional."
Inspired by the story of Prophet Dawood (AS), who was blessed with the skill of iron craftsmanship, Faisal developed deep respect for working with metal and engineering. For him, iron work is not just business — it is responsibility.
After facing financial challenges, market politics, and betrayal, Faisal Laser Works was established with a clear mission:
To elevate CNC work in Pakistan from a low-perceived trade into a respected engineering field.

- CO₂ Laser Machines
- 2 Fiber Laser Cutting Machines
Along with a growing team of professional designers and machine operators.

To build one of Pakistan’s strongest CNC communities and represent Pakistan in the engineering fabrication sector. We are focused on the future with plans to:
- Expand machine capacity
- Develop CNC software solutions
- Integrate AI into CNC design systems
- Create training opportunities for youth
